Three face fraud charges

Two men and a woman appeared before Bingley magistrates on Thursday facing charges relating to fraud and perverting the course of justice.

Mohammed Rashid, 38, of Bradford Road, Keighley, has been charged with conspiracy to defraud, conspiracy to obstruct the course of justice, intimidation of witnesses and converting criminal property to money.

Sarah Lowther, 37, of Bradford Road, Keighley, has been charged with conspiracy to defraud, and Peter Bourroughs, 57, of Huddersfield Road, Keighley, has been charged with conspiracy to obstruct the course of public justice.

They were committed on bail to next appear before Bradford Crown Court on Thursday March 27.
