A gang who made insurance claims worth more than £120,000 have today (June 12) pleaded guilty at Croydon Crown Court to making claims for car accidents that never happened.

When the fraudsters were arrested in June 2006, City of London Police officers found a Volvo parked outside one of their homes that had appeared in five of the claims.

Head of City of London Police’s Economic Crime Department, properties and used fake identities to facilitate their crime. Officers and insurance company investigators have worked closely together to ensure that these fraudsters were brought to justice.
